The house, of a total of 120 square meters, extends to the center of a 1000 square meter plot entirely fenced and planted with citrus fruits, acacias, oleanders and soft turf. Located on the ground floor, without architectural barriers, it is the ideal place for families with children and elderly people. Totally detached and independent from other neighboring houses, it guarantees complete confidentiality and tranquility.
Renovated in 2012, it consists of a central core with an adjoining large equipped veranda as well as two bedrooms: one double and one twin, both with their own bathroom; living room with fireplace and large kitchen complete with all necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, vacuum cleaner and others in common use. Apart from the annexe which sees a double room with its bathroom.
Ventilation is guaranteed: for the central core with ceiling blades while the depandance with heat pump (hot and cold).
We have beach equipment: sun beds, umbrellas, beach seats etc.
Inside the property there are parking for up to three cars.

Summary: Starting with the first contact with the owner, the ongoing information about travel conditions (warning about the airline workers' strike), the welcome, the spiritual accompaniment during the stay, the support in every situation (special thanks for taking care of the language assistance in our native, not very popular language!) and the pleasant farewell. The facility fully met our expectations. A very atmospheric place, right on a beautiful, almost empty beach (end of July!). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Perluigi, Sergio and Aneta!

Summary: Very nice house with a big a well-maintained garden. Amazingly close to the best beach in the area - just a few meters walk, for real! Very clean house and in order. Everything worked out perfectly. Very nice local host! I would love to come back!
