Positive: The property is large with plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner plus a grill outside. We had a big group and everyone was happy with the place. A beautiful view no matter where you stand at on the property. And Luda is amazing and so helpful. She helped us plan our travel to the winery, which was really worth the trip. I would recommend that to everyone. Also the bus stops right by the villa so if you choose to use it, the c120 bus is what you wanna take up or down depending on where you wanna go.

Negative: The property was amazing, the only thing I would say and this has nothing to do with the villa itself, just a heads up to fellow travelers. the grocery stores are a car or bus ride away and most of them close between noon and 1600. So if you plan to cook or go to the store, take the c120 up the hill and go to the Migross, it has everything you need and never closes.

Summary: Amazing views and Luda is the best, thanks for the wine.

Positive: Ludmila was a fantastic host, who went above and beyond. When we were on our way to the villa we got stranded half an hour away with 2 flat tires on our rental car and no taxi service available. She came with her neighbour and picked us up. During our short stay she was very helpful and always on hand The villa itself and the garden was charming and nicely located. Very comfortable beds, well furbished bathroom and good coffee machine

Positive: This is a very great location! It's very proper, the view is astonishing, the air is very clean, one of the most clean areas of Italy. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful. We've travelled a lot, but never stayed anywhere with hosts like this. There's a great garden, nice and big swimmingpool, the rooms and bathrooms are fabulous. When you want to stay anywhere near the Como lake or Lugano lake, book this place, you won't regret!

Negative: We absolutely can't think of anything that could have been better, everything was perfect.
