Positive: Lovely property with spectacular views and a great pool. The charming local hosts could not have been more gracious. Excellent breakfast which was different everyday, and included homemade items and delicious local products. Room was spacious, tastefully decorated with a most comfortable bed and lovely linens. Modern clean bathroom with large shower and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed the fluffy towels and throw rugs.

Negative: The room has concrete floors and was quite cold at night and for morning showers. There was a towel warmer in the bathroom that we used for some warmth. A little distant from town, so one definitely needs a car everyday to get around.

Positive: Hosts are thoughtful, kind, and incredibly friendly. They are just delightful, generous people. The property is immaculate. Our room was quiet, more than comfortable, and we slept well every night. Breakfast offered a wide selection, from pastries and bread with home-made jam and marmalade to fruit, cheese, cold meats and eggs and, of course, coffee. We were also treated to an unexpected evening of local wine and hors-d’oeuvre, watching the sunset. The view spans lavender fields, the local town and castle, and even as far as Mont Ventoux and the surrounding forest. The pool is in a quiet setting, and a delightful place to swim or doze. This is a truly special place. We will certainly be back.

Positive: The hosts went out of their way to make our stay at Villa Nymphée exceptional. The breakfasts were very good. Free wine and snacks were provided along with the entertaining company of the hosts. We made to feel that the beautiful estate on which Villa Nymphée sits was ours during our stay.

Positive: Highly recommend! Photographs can't capture the beauty of the views over vineyards, hills, villages, & Mont Ventoux. Breakfasts feature an amazing range of delicious foods + they thoughtfully found gluten free breads for me (a celiac). The hosts are lovely and delight in suggesting activities tailored to visitor's interests. For us, they recommended two separate day trips through rural areas – windy roads, vineyards, quaint villages, a fascinating chateau, a dramatic gorge, and hills and the mountain. The rooms are contemporary – extremely clean, comfortable and very well provisioned, with large glass sliders so people can enjoy the view. The outdoor pool is a wonderful place for relaxation or exercise.

Negative: We loved everything.
