Positive: Good value for money. Small kitchen was great. Self check-in. Good location. Pretty small but had all you need.

Negative: Apartment was up 3 flights of narrow stairs (no elevator), otherwise great.

Positive: THe accommodation was acceptable. The bedroom was pleasant.

Negative: Lots of things. In the first place there is a building site at the entrance to this property, so it could be dangerous, especially if you are arriving in the dark. Prospective renters should be informed of this. There are no instructions for anything in the property. The TV did not work properly. The owner came to fix it but we still couldn't access the streaming services advertised. Half way through our four night stay the plugs and the heating in the bedroom did stopped working. We reported a lamp above the dining table needing a new bulb but this was not fixed. The bedlinen was cheap and insubstantial. There was no door on the sitting room, so the member of our party who was sleeping on the bed settee was very exposed. But first all it was impossible to get in touch with the owner before we went to the property.Even the Bookings.com staff could not reach him. Two telephone numbers were given and the owners answered neither of them, nor did they apply to messages left in the Bookings.com app. It subsequently transpired that they only wanted calls on WhatsApp to their French mobile number. If this is the case then the documentation needs to say so. Cooking equipment was very basic. This could be a good holiday flat, but it needs much more attention and more investment. Above all the owners need to get their act together and be accessible.

Summary: Could have been much better. Think twice before you book.
