Positive: The villa was stunning and spacious with a lovely pool. Felt like a luxury villa, very well cleaned and maintained. Hosts arranged a convenient time for the cleaner to come midway through the stay which was great. The upstairs balcony provided amazing views. The location was perfect for us with great bars and restaurants nearby. Local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. It is close to the airport and a 20 minute walk into laganas which has public transport links. hosts were kind and responded quickly.

Negative: could have had a couple more kitchen supplies like more/ bigger chopping boards and knives. This could just make it more convenient when cooking however you can make do. It would have been handy to know in advance about the quiet hours of 15:30-17:30 to avoid noise complaints.

Summary: exeptional villa, great location and the pool was a highlight

Positive: The facilities were amazing with the hosts being very facilitating. The pool was beautiful and the location was amazing.

Negative: The only very minor point is there is filters around the pool which stick out and one of us stubbed our toes on them.

Summary: Amazing stay would highly recommend to anyone.

Positive: This villa is the most amazing, luxurious place we’ve ever stayed! We were breath-taken as soon as we walked in. All the rooms are very elegant, clean and modern and the facilities are amazing. The pool was perfect, especially the jacuzzi. We especially loved the barbecue and outdoor seating areas for our meals, they were an amazing feature. The view is absolutely beautiful, especially from the terrace. Taxis were quite easy to get to the strip and the fabulous view and luxury was worth the short distance. Catherine was so accommodating the whole time, she left us fresh fruit, water and wine on arrival. She was on hand if we needed anything and cleaned the pool every morning before we woke up. Thank you Catherine for an unforgettable stay for my 21st!

Negative: No complaints at all. The WiFi isn’t great but that’s to do with the service around Zakynthos.

Positive: The villa is absolutely beautiful & in a great location. We had a car for the week so it was extremely easy to get around but if you had no transport, there are a couple of small supermarkets & a handful of restaurants within walking distance. Cameo Island can also be reached very easily from the villa. The property itself is spotless, the staff are extremely attentive & nothing is too much trouble. The villa was cleaned mid week & fresh towels supplied which was a lovely touch. The pool was cleaned daily & the outside pool area is such a relaxing haven to enjoy quality family time. I cannot fault Villa Nick Art & wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Negative: Even though the towels & bedding were of a high quality, the pillows were a little too thick for some of the family. It would be great to have an option of some thinner pillows

Positive: Modern Villa - very clean and well maintained. Pool was serviced every day and cleaning during stay. Good A/C and 2 bathrooms a bonus. Short walk to supermarket which was surprisingly well stocked including gluten free ( didn’t have to drive anywhere else ). Walking distance to several restaurants (tavernas) although you do have to navigate walking down roads. Close enough to the Strip for our teenagers to venture out but far enough away that couldn’t see or hear !

Positive: The villa and the location are excellent. The pool is smaller than the expectations the photos create. At least there is gacuzzi.

Negative: There are no instructions to approach the villa. If you search for privacy, you should probably search for another accommodation. Every day, Catherine will be there to check everything, to walk around the villa, and nothing is missing, considering that there are only vandals in her property. And all this without any sense of savoir vivre, giving an impression of village attitude. Fortunately, she didn't enter the house to see what we were wearing. On the day of check out, she was in the villa from 9:30 without asking for our permission (the checkout time was 10:00) and the cleaning stuff from 9:40. That is the first time I faced such a behavior, and it seemed extremely strange to me, that's why I mentioned it.

Summary: Everything is fine except Catherine, who will be there every single day
