Summary: We had an amazing 3 weeks here in August/September. The house is well equipped, clean, comfortable with an amazing garden and views from all of the terraces. There of a number of spaces outside were you can eat and socialise and enjoy the views and listening to the chiming of the church bell. Great areas to visit too, Carcassonne, Béziers, Narbonne and Gruissan among them. Thoroughly enjoyed, very relaxing and highly recommended.

Summary: We enjoy staying at this vacation rental home. It has everything needed for a nice stay away from home. The home has wonderful views and a fenced secure garden for our two dogs. Screens on doors and windows or the Red Top fly traps would be helpful, as there is always too many flies and misquotes.

Summary: De aankomst was super. Geen contact opbellen of op een bepaalde tijd moeten aankomen die dan niet lukt door het verkeer. Niets van dit. De sleutel zit in een kluisje en bij aankomst haal je die eruit met de code die je kreeg en de vakantie begint. Een vakantie in een zeer mooie villa met een zwembad die redelijk groot was en tot mijn verbazing ook diep op sommige plaatsen. Heerlijk na een rit van 12 uur. Ik ga niet in detail treden maar het WiFi signaal die tot ver van het huis aan de rand van het zwembad nog zeer sterk was is zeker een pluspunt. Netflix op grote flatscreen met soundbar geeft zeker ook een pluspunt voor de avonden. Ontbijt haal je op wandelafstand bij Au Panier de Julie. Ietsje verder heb je een grote winkel voor grote aankopen. Carcasonne moet je zeker doen op 30 kilometer van de villa. Prachtig. We kregen ook tips van Karin voor trips in de buurt. Minerve was dichtbij en zeker een aanrader. Karin is jouw en was onze contactpersoon en bij een klein of groot probleem komt ze helpen. Het is een goed gevoel dat zij volledig klaar staat om alles in goede banen te lijden. Een grote tuin, verwarmd zwembad, wasmachine, … Alles was perfect. Ik boek dit zonder twijfelen terug en als het kan tijdens de krokusvakantie van België maar dan is het nog niet verhuurbaar denk ik. Ach, de paasvakantie is ook goed. Ik kom volgend jaar zeker terug.

Summary: Prachtig huisje, goed ingericht, leuk met meerdere plekken om buiten te zitten. Heel mooi gebied bij wijnestate Maris en heel leuk restaurantje in het plaatsje. Heerlijk zwembad met fijn bedjes om te liggen.

Summary: Heel mooi verblijf gehad. Alles aanwezig om een prachtige vakantie te hebben: verwarmd zwembad, airco, genoeg schaduwplaatsen, parasol, terrasverwarmer, propere BBQ, grote omheinde tuin erachter met schommel, Nederlandse uitleg over alles, Nederlandse boeken en satelliet televisie. Weinig inkijk op het terras en het zwembad wat wel aangenaam is. Was ideaal om met onze hond te verblijven. Heel vlot contact met contactpersoon Belvilla via whatsapp dus direct antwoord op vragen. Sleutel aanwezig in een handig sleutelkluisje. Ruime en propere keuken met nieuwe toestellen erin en voldoende kookmateriaal. Als ik minpunten moet benoemen dan zeg ik zeker de badkamers. Vrij kleine badkamers en heel weinig licht in de douches. Die tonen ook niet zo mooi afgewerkt. Overal zwart tussen de voegen en heel vuile douchegordijnen. Moeilijk te zien of de douches echt vuil zijn of gewoon zo lijken door de mindere afwerking. De tuin achteraan ligt vol met ronde bolletjes met stekkers eraan dus vrij pijnlijk aan onze voeten of aan de poten van onze hond. Met open schoenen kan je moeilijk de tuin betreden en het gras of de beplanting stond ook wel redelijk hoog. Een kruidenierswinkeltje op wandelafstand dus vanaf 8u30 vers brood gaan halen voor ontbijt of handig als je snel nog iets nodig hebt. Ik zou het zeker aanraden aan andere mensen om hier te komen verblijven!

Summary: Fijn huis en recentelijk helemaal opgefrist. Voor ons hondje ook ideaal met een volledige omheining. Epicerie op loopafstand dus elke dag lekker vers brood en uitgebreide sortering.

Summary: Zeer mooie villa met allerhande faciliteiten. Pluspunten, meerdere terrassen, en loungeplek, keuken is in orde, prima zwembad wel outdated hoes/rolsysteem en de pomp die lastig deed ( medewerker heeft het euvel kunnen herstellen). Minpunten, bij aankomst bleek BBQ stuk , kon mss proactief een ander exemplaar worden gezet, de airco in de gang moest op een andere manier worden aangesloten (stopcontact mss eens repareren), en korte beschrijving meegeven via whatsapp nogal nodeloos ingewikkeld. De poort waait bij stevige wind terug dicht dus opletten met de auto! Maar dit neemt niet weg dat we genoten hebben van deze stek! We overwegen zeker om hier nog eens te komen
