Positive: The host is very nice and responsive. He adapted one more night for us and if we had any issues he was prompt to respond. The villa has a nice and quite location, with gate access and parking place. It is 20 mins drive from various beach and also 5 min drive from Afitos. With a little more care for the details it would be a 10+ location....
Negative: The cleaning can be improved. The house needs a little more attention and would be great location. The nets needs to be replaced, there is either missing complete or it is with holes. The ants, there are a lot of ants and it is not only on the ground floor, this needs to be eliminated. The lawn and access alley to the house also needs to be tied up. Overall, again there are some little improvements that would transform this into a 10+ location.

Positive: The man who owns the house is kind and helpful and responded quickly when we needed something.
Negative: Regarding the bathroom on the third floor - the shower jet is very slow, we also noticed that there was no pressure in the bathrooms, especially when flushing the toilet. There were a lot of ants around the house, plus a few centipedes and grasshoppers. The pool turned out to be used by the surrounding houses as well. The kitchen utensils, such as the pans, had food residue and a very unpleasant smell from the dishwasher.
Summary: Its good house but need improvement
