Positive: .The house is beautiful and very clean, and the host, Kostas, is very attentive. Everything you need is thought of down to the smallest detail. The town center is a 3-minute walk. The beach is about 250 meters away, but the road is very steep. If I go back, I'll stay here again.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like.

Positive: Location is great, beach is walking distance, but you can go with the car as well , there’s a parking near. Apartment is super clean with all kind of things that makes you feel like home, balcony is huge. Owner is always there for you, checking if everything is ok. Big recommendation for villa Evita!

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very well equipped — I can't think of anything that was missing. It also offers a beautiful view of the sea. The garden is well maintained, and the location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the center of Athytos. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, and the internet connection was great. Highly recommended!

Positive: Everything was amazing. Host Eva was very nice and pleasant she was very quick with answering all our questions. Afitos is a beautiful town, our stay was less then 10 min walk to the town, beaches are near by and it was perfect! We stayed with kids at Villa Evita, and the property is perfect for families.

Negative: Sign outside or on property to confirm location - cleaner who was doing the property when we arrived did not know it was called Villa Evita. Sorted quickly after we rang the owners.

Summary: Really sorry enjoyed our stay at Villa Evita and loved Afytos - we will be back !
