Positive: We traveled by bike and enjoyed the nature scenery around Villa Mukaj very much. The family was very friendly and cooked especially delicious - all from the garden. The apartment was big and had all what you need - with a great view! It was so lovely to get in contact with the family; and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Thank you so much!

Positive: Location in the countryside with perfect view from the balcony. Easy to reach by car. From the comments I knew that the hosts can arrange the dinner and breakfast and it was a big advantage for us and one more chance to try local cuisine. It was great! Big portions and we couldn’t eat everything but it was very delicious. The room was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed.

Positive: Lovely experience staying in the rural area nearby Fratar, 60mins from Gjirokaster. The Villa is is the top floor of a large home where the hosts live below. The host can provided us a very generous dinner made completely from their small farm at late notice which we negotiated a fair price for. We were left alone to enjoy our stay which we value.

Negative: Google maps can have trouble finding the property, contacting the property through the number provided will help with this. A lot of farm animals means a lot of noise in the night, we suggest using ear plugs if you are not used to this kind of noise. Crowing roosters, barking dogs, donkeys turkeys and such made much noise all night. The bed although comfortable was well used and we did not appreciate the human sized 'dips' on either side
