This villa is situated about 4 km far from Ronda and 400 m from the town of Arriate. It is surrounded by the typical trees and shrubs that grow in the area of "Serranía de Ronda". Here you will find yourself far away from the daily rush and you will be able to enjoy both the peace and privacy you are looking for.
The house consists of three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, the third one with two bunk beds. There are two big living areas and it is equipped with a stove, AC, oven, electric heaters, and so on.
In the outside area, you will find a huge private swimming pool with a sun terrace, in addition to a second, 50-cm deep swimming pool, where your children will be able to have fun without risks. There is also a barbecue, a ping-pong table and enormous terraces, where you can have dinner together with your beloved ones while enjoying the views over the Sierra. Summary: This gem of a home has warmth, history and and amazing 360 degree views. The property is filled with lovingly maintained flowers, sitting areas and a sparkling clean pool. Such a peaceful respite.

Summary: Fuimos en enero 4 parejas y quedamos encantados tanto con la casa como con Jose Manuel. Nos encantó lo completa que estaba, tanto la zona de interior como exterior. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días entre amigos y familia. Puedes llegar fácilmente andando al pueblo de Arriate para ir al súper o cualquier cosita. ¡Volveremos sin duda!

Summary: Genial, hemos pasado unos días estupendos en familia, como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa. No le falta de nada, tiene muchos detalles, es muy acogedora y se descansa muy bien por las noches, ni un ruido. El propietario muy amable y atento, todo perfecto. Un entorno ideal para relajarse. Nos gustaría volver pronto.

Summary: Es una casa genial con un enclave maravilloso que sin duda te hace relajarte. Algo que me encantó es que tiene mangueras en varios puntos de la casa, que tiene bastante vegetación y ciertos detalles muy curiosos y con encanto. El dueño fue muy amable, aunque se presentó media hora antes de la salida y si no hubiésemos terminado de recoger para esa hora, me habría parecido incomodo estar recogiendo con el dueño al lado.
