Negative: Lack of proper english speakers, location of hotel which you didn´t have beach access. They mentioned they had free shuttles but then on the propertie they said by shuttle they meant public transport. Breakfast was so average

Positive: Staff were incredibly accomodating and polite especially Alessia. The hotel pool was superb, the scenary and surroundings are also very beautiful. We definitely will be staying here again.

Negative: if I really have to find something, the breakfast menu products could be improved

Positive: The property was very nice and very well maintained!

Negative: The hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays as well as most of the surrounding restaurants and there was no communication on this. As a solo traveler not from the area it was really frustrating to not have access to food and the staff, while very kind, did not offer any sort of help or advice on how to find a meal on a Sunday night.

Summary: Overall the resort was beautiful and the spa was top notch but the lack of communication and availability of attractions
