Positive: I booked this property for my brother and his wife. The place was close to the University and to the sea. The owner couple were very polite and helpful. The place was comfortable, breakfast was very tasty. The owners even helped my brother and his wife to find an accommodation as they were in Messina for their studies. They even gave them a ride to their new apartment without any additional fee. I am thankful to these wonderful people who helped my brother and his wife to settle in a new country.

Positive: The staff member was very friendly and generous. He helped me find student accommodation by contacting landlords and showing me the available options. He even came with me to visit the places and kindly translated from Italian to English, explaining what the landlords said. He also helped me carry my heavy luggage to my new place, and he didn’t charge me any money for all this wonderful hard work. I’m very glad I met him while facing a new environment as a first-year student.
