Positive: Fantastic staff! Very welcoming and friendly. Our children loved feeding the fish!

Negative: More towels, but minor issue having kids. Staff very accommodating with pool towels, thank you! Perhaps bigger pots/pans? Couldn't cook own food to feed 4 with the utensils provided

Positive: The staff were so lovely and helpful throughout the stay. We had great food at the restaurant. The rooms in the family suit are a decent size with a TV in every room.

Negative: There are no places that are walking distance from the hotel. You need to use a car or motorcycle to access places in Ubud. Hotel staff can support with transportation services.

Positive: The best thanks to both Evan and Mudita drivers and all the receptionist with amazing friendly manner and prompt responses on each request also, the care with our little baby Benjamin. All the staff is amazing, food is delicious and the villa structure is fenomenal. We will miss a lot this place and for sure we will be back.

Positive: 10 minutes by car from Ubud center, but far by walk. Room was delightful and clean with a large bathtub and a shower. Breakfast was good and complete. Swimming pool seemed clean with sunbeds and a shower near it.

Negative: Far from markets and restaurants.

Negative: Breakfast is nothing special, it is ok. We only had lunch there once, it was ok, the other days we want to Ubud (was much better) Room interiour is ok, but a bit more decoration effect would be great. 2-bedroom villas are very far away from the Main building and there is a big difference between each of the villas. Although it is the same category it can not be compaired.
