3 Bedroom Villa in Cabo Roche, Conil-Roche

Comfortable villa in quiet location with private pool Villa Migusto is a great example of a typical Spanish Villa and is tastefully decorated throughout and is only a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful beaches of Roche. It can accommodate up to 6 people with its large, light open plan living space comprising of living room complete with satellite TV, dining area and a clean and modern well equipped kitchen. There are 2 good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has another double bedroom, a small kitchen area and its own bathroom. The Villa is centrally heated and therefore available in the cooler months, too. There is access to the internet in the whole house (wifi). Sliding doors open out from the living area onto a cool covered furnished terrace, ideal for that all important 'al fresco' dining experience. From the terrace you can enjoy views across to your private pool complete with lounges within the fenced garden which ensures privacy for you to take a dip and then lie back and soak up the Spanish sunshine whilst sipping an ice cold drink.
VFT/CA/02323 Villa Migusto is located in the prestigious residential area of Roche in Conil. The stunningly beautiful coast and beaches are just a few steps away. Roche is maybe the most elegant development in the whole area with high-class villas and impressive landscaped gardens. Surrounded by pine forests, it is ideally located between a succession of secluded coves towards the lighthouse of Conil, and the endless soft beaches of La Barrosa towards Chiclana.Roche is a very tranquil most of the time, but becomes very lively in high season since most of the properties are holiday rentals. In the large communal area there is a small but well stocked supermarket, pharmacy, playground and pizzeria. There is also a public fitness park, free basketball courts and football fields, as well as tennis and paddle tennis courts which can be rented for a reasonable fee. The excellent restaurant El Timón with direct access to the beach is situated on the cliffs of Roche.The nearest banks and larger supermarkets are in El Colorado (6 km). Conil is approximately 8 km away 10-15minutes by car.

Summary: Wir haben in der Villa Migusto einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Garten und Pool sind herrlich, die Strände in der Gegend einfach traumhaft. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung durch Casa de la luz war unkompliziert und sehr nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Summary: My girlfriend and i had the pleasure of staying in Villa Migusto over the New Year. The house was beautifully maintained with generous bedrooms and all the facilities that we required! The grounds were lovely, with a stunning pool area and garden. Dagmar and her team ensured and easy, trouble-free, booking process and were absolutely charming to deal with. Hopefully i get the opportunity to stay here again!
