Summary: Beautiful property with excellent management. Tony was very responsive and timely with his information and we found him extremely helpful. Onsite property assistants were also great. Olivia cooked several meals for us which were delicious and it was lovely to sit outside in the ample outside living space, while enjoying her cooking. Also recommend Raul who took us on a tour of several cenotes and did some driving for us. Highly recommend this property and all that goes with it.

Summary: What a wonderful place for our family Thanksgiving. Perfect idyllic location and a short walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. Some of our best memories are after dinner strolls to the panaderia and heladeria. Great locals vibe, a short 10 minute walk for windsurfer rentals and lessons. We would love to rent this house again for another vacation!

Summary: We had a great week at Villa Mercedes 2. The location was perfect, and the villa met all of our expectations : cleanliness, well equipped, with plenty of space for us all (a family of 6, with the 4 large bedrooms each with its ensuite). Tony was a perfect host, as were the caretaker and his wife. We especially enjoyed long walks on the shoreline, and buying fresh fish right off the fishing boats at our doorstep was a treat. ll in all we had a great time, and will definitely come back. Thanks for everything Tony
