Positive: The house was excellent and exactly what we wanted. It's clean, recently decorated (so feels quite modern), and everything felt very comfortable and easy. All 3 bedrooms are nice double bedrooms (or made up as twins if preferred), and having 2 bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower and toilet) means it's pretty good for big groups. The location is perfect for basing yourselves on the west side of Menorca (i.e. if you want to be near Ciutadella and other nearby beach towns). There's a supermarket literally about 15 seconds walk away, which is perfect for popping in to collect bits and pieces. The outside garden area is great - the pool has an excellent toddler pool as well as the main one. It's bigger than the photos looks too. The garden in general is nice and gives lots of space to enjoy outside. It looks nicer and bigger outside than the adjacent Menurka I property (although that has 4 bedrooms so can accommodate more people). Hosts were very helpful in contact on WhatsApp as needed. Not a negative, but useful to note that the circular main adult pool is all one depth (1.85m / 6 foot), so it doesn't have a shallow end. The toddler pool (0.5m depth) is brilliant and was great for our 2 year old, but the main pool all being the same deep level is just worth bearing in mind. You can't stand up in it basically.

Negative: Nothing really - only minor bits (e.g. the dishwasher is a bit old and doesn't clean brilliantly, but even having a dishwasher is great!).

Summary: Fantastic 3 double bedroom villa in a great location. Beautiful outside garden and private pool area

Positive: Very well equipped home. Pool is lovely & clean. Closest supermarket is about 50m away. Very good communication with host.

Negative: Probably the only comment would be the need for a full length mirror.

Positive: Great facilities, clean, lovely private pool, bbq, parking spot by the villa, supermarket and restuarants nearby, definitely go to Coral Restaurant!

Negative: both beaches Cala En Blanes & Brut have been affected by bad weather and storms, meaning dirty water and unwelcoming smells by the beach - nobody is in control of this but local beaches were not accesible to swim. Rent a car and see the whole island!

Positive: The location is great. There is a bus stop right outside the villa to take you into the main town. Its walking distance to the local bars and restaurants. The supermarket is directly outside the villa, which is very convenient . The evening entertainment at jimmy Hills Bar is fantastic for families.
