On the ground floor there is a large guest area with a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable living room. On the first floor there is the living area with an exclusive modern open space enlightened by a large panoramic window overlooking the pine forest. The bright and spacious living area consists of a modern handcrafted kitchen, a lounge area with designer sofas and a modern dining area with alternating vitamin colors and natural materials. An adjoining comfortable sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a furnished panoramic terrace. On the second floor, another sleeping area with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a 55 sqm furnished panoramic terrace with sea view. For cool summer evenings there is an outdoor dining room with a barbecue area.
