Positive: The room was absolutely spotless and contained many nice unexpected extras. eg a range of good large towels, coffee facilities, a lemon drizzle cake on arrival, nice set of full hand, shower wash and creams.

Negative: Nothing really.

Positive: The style the smell it smelt so fresh and clean and we were early and it did not phased them at all they took us in and sat us both down till our room was ready ..

Positive: A beautiful bed and breakfast with beautiful rooms and lovely gardens, everything you need has been thought of. Even home made cake left in room which was delicious. Location was great only a 10 minute walk to the seafront. Breakfast was delicious, and plentiful with plenty of choice. Lots of tea and coffee facilities in the room plus a little fridge with fresh milk. Vince and Erwan are amazing hosts, very thoughtful and helpful.

Positive: The hosts were amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much effort, they were very welcoming to our little dog and left us a piece of home made cake on our arrival. They gave us the time to advise us on places to visit and eat. The room was lovely and clean, the villa was quiet and relaxed. The bed and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was amazing, the chef attentive and thoughtful to individual need. Overall, would definitely visit again. The hosts absolutely made our stay as lovely as it was. We felt welcome and part of the family!

Positive: Vince and Erwan were the nicest people and most accommodating hosts we've ever come across without being too much in your face! They go above and beyond just being hosts as it feels like you're staying at a friend's house. The rooms were immaculate with everything you need and more, including a mini fridge and basket of treats which were all very reasonably priced and if you needed anything extra they are more than willing to help if they can (including a small bit of dog shampoo as our dog rolled in the fishiest puddle he could find at Dartmouth harbour 🤢😂). They are very accommodating for dogs too! They had put 2 dog bowls, a towel, a blanket and some treats in the room for Milo! They have a gorgeous garden with seating available too so if the weather's nice you could sit and chill outside, I think the garden is enclosed as they have their own friendly dog called Merlin who Milo loved, but we kept Milo on his extendable lead mainly so if anyone came through the gate he wouldn't escape lol! There was also a muddy buddy dog paw washed by the door so if they have got dirty paws, there is a way of washing them off, there's also a boot cleaner too ☺️ We stayed in 2 different rooms as we originally booked 2 nights and then decided to stay another 3 nights, the first room was the cary room which felt very luxurious, it was very spacious and comfortable, loved the big bed and the way it was decorated too! We then stayed in the singer room downstairs for the remainder of our stay which again was lovely just a smaller version and on the ground floor! We had breakfast on the last day (mainly to make sure we were up in time for check out 😂) and it was delicious! I had scrambled eggs on toast which was probably the nicest scrambled egg I've had, perfectly seasoned, asked for ketchup just in case but there was certainly no need for it lol!

Negative: Honestly there wasn't really anything we didn't like but the only tiny thing I would say is that we are 'bigger people' and the shower in the singer room is incredibly small, I could turn around in it but that was about it, same with my husband who's 6ft6 😂 but it still got the job done so as I say it's just something to be mindful of if you are on the bigger size, the shower in the carys room was huge! But we understand that the carys room is the most expensive and the singer is a reasonable price so bound to be smaller etc. Other than that, no negatives at all, we honestly really enjoyed it ☺️
