Summary: Lovely traditional hotel, a few minutes walk to the seafront. Train station just across from the main car park. Beautiful gardens and the owners are so friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the whole hotel is decorated in traditional style. Overall, great hotel, great peacful location and wonderful hosts.

Summary: We visit every year if not twice. Lisa who owns it is the most friendliest person cannot do enough to help and is always so welcoming. Had a bottle of wine and glasses put in our room as it was my husband’s birthday so kind of her. We always stay in the front rooms 4 poster bed and big bay windows. Breakfast so lovely and lovely room with the sun shining through over looking the beautiful gardens.

Summary: We have stayed with this lady for many years, she is wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. We always stay in the front bay window room and always great. Very reasonable breakfast so good. Great location.

Summary: Stayed here before and we love it. We stay in the front bay window rooms, we go the weekend of my husbands birthday which we get to watch the air show too. The stay is always great if we can get in as it’s a busy place. Little walk to the beach and harbour but as long as your mobile it’s really nice. Hostess is so lovely & friendly. Breakfast is so lovely and fresh. Would recommend this b&b over all.

Summary: The hotel is very well appointed. Very to close to the beach, buses and railway station. It is however located on a short, but steep hill, that we feel is not suited for those persons with mobility constraints, as there are no lifts. Whilst the owner and staff are very accommodating, apart from a very substantial breakfast, there were no other meals available - due to a shortage of staff. But that is everywhere now. Overall our experience is a very positive one. Well done to all. Thank you.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic hotel! Lisa the owner is a lovely lady and always laughing and friendly. The hotel is located behind the train station and a few minute's walk from the sea front. The hotel and gardens are beautiful and the lounge, restaurant and conservatory are lovely. The pool and sunloungers are excellent and the huge front garden is wonderful and a miniature nature reserve including woodpeckers etc! I highly recommend this establishment and we have been able to stay for a few more day's as we've enjoyed ourselves so much! We will be back!! Thank you very much 😊!
