Positive: The property is large and spacious with a lovely swimming pool. It is very private and secure. The location enables you to walk into Alcudia old town in a short amount of time. The bedrooms are comfortable with air conditioning. The outside space is very usable.

Negative: Not much. It would be much more comfortable if the kitchen had air conditioning and some other areas of the house. The bathroom could do with a bit of cleaning up around the shower screen and modernisation. The area outside where the old house bits are stored needs to be turned into something else.

Summary: Very chilled and a lovely family holiday :)
