Positive: The location is excellent and the outside space, with the pool and the view is extraordinary! The kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The neighbours were friendly and when we had an issue with the wi-fi, Stefania, the hostess, was very reactive and very quick to contact the responsible company and inform us about the situation

Negative: What we did not like was the fact that generally, in the area, it is not easy to access the sea because of all the vilas/hotels/houses/restaurants that are built and blocking access to the beach. Not related to the Villa Maria though. Just a general note about the area

Summary: We enjoyed the view, the pool and the facilities that the beautiful villa had to offer

Positive: We loved the view! The two bedrooms upstairs with the sea view. The fully fitted kitchen. The no hassle check in & out. The pool, although unheated. The villa's size.

Negative: The two bedrooms downstairs were a bit damp, the toilet seat in the downstairs toilet was cracked, The tap in the upstairs bathroom was a bit wonky.

Positive: Our stay at Villa Maria was wonderful. We were a large group of 11 people and stayed for 9 nights. The villa was very clean, spacious and tastefully put together. The views of the island from the villa were incredible. The sunset every evening off of the infinity pool was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook quick meals. The location was excellent for visiting the towns on the east side of the 1st leg. The property manager was knowledgeable, kind and accessible for any questions we had. We loved our stay at Villa Maria in Halkidiki and would highly recommend it!
