Modern Villa Mare Exclusive is located on the outskirts of the suburb Spadici near Porec, only 700 m from the sea and 2 km from the city center. The villa (semi-detached houses) has fenced grounds with a wonderful 50m2 infinity pool, loungers, covered terrace with barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the other with a lounge set.
The peculiarity of the house is the enchanting sea view from the garden and ground floor as well as from all floors so that you can enjoy the sunset in the evening.
Thanks to its location, Villa Mare Exclusive is an ideal holiday home for a vacation in Porec, relaxing in peace but at the same time only a 10-minute walk to the beach, shop, restaurant and other leisure activities. The landlord occasionally lives in another part of the house, but the garden and pool area are only available for single use.

The ground floor includes the living room with a fireplace and lots of natural light through the large glass walls, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Summary: The villa is very well presented and well-equipped and was the perfect location for our week's holiday for our grown-up family and partners. It's position allows easy access by road to explore Istria but also close enough to just walk to the beach or local restaurants...and then there's the beautiful pool to just relax in and around... Would definitely return.
