Positive: - The staff is wonderful, thank you for your hard work. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but the guy who checked us in and helped with everything, Thank you! - Excellent secure parking for cars and motorcycles, which is locked at night. Very convenient. - Beautiful grounds with flowers, a koi fish pond, a gazebo, and an observation deck with a great view! - Strong and fast WiFi. - Great location in relation to local attractions and the view from the property.

Negative: - The cottages look nice in the photos but already need some minor repairs, namely, burnt-out light bulbs in the room, a sagging and sticking front door, leaking sink drains and faucets. (cottage number 1) - Noise from neighbors. Despite being separate cottages, the toilet shares ventilation with the neighbors, and you can hear everything that happens. Especially the flush. - Very poorly organized shower, the toilet is built to Indonesian standards as wet, but the tiles have sagged, and there is always a puddle of cold water +15 degrees in the middle of the room. The shower constantly falls off the hose in the wall. The shower heater runs on gas automatically, making it impossible to use as a shower; it's either cold with no water pressure or insanely hot and scalding. You have to fill a bucket with hot water, mix it with cold water, and take a shower from a ladle while standing in an icy puddle on the floor. The bidet shower in the toilet is connected to cold water… very unpleasant to use. - It's quite cold at night; I would prefer to have a small heater or electric blanket in the room instead of a TV. Or at least small kettle in room number to make hot drinking water.

Summary: The place has huge tourist potential, but the comfort issues.
