Positive: Good and peaceful location, beautiful property, spatious

Negative: Just a few details about maintenance: there are some cobwebs in the house, the plaster on one wall is damaged, some accessories in the bathroom are rusty. There's only one very small TV in the house.

Positive: It was a nice villa and clean and the pool was great. The outside utility was also and the sheltered outdoor area. The front room was cosy and modern and the kitchen items were great. The parking was good too. Some of the bedrooms were fantastic sized especially on the top floor.

Negative: The beds were not comfy. They barely had a sheet on felt like you was sleeping on bobbled sheets. There wasn't enough towels for everyone. Most of the towels were hair towels not body ones and not enough for everyone. The main bedroom with the balcony didn't even have a wardrobe neither did the bunk bed room. This villa is perfect for 8 people but no more. The lack of towels, bad bedding, lack of wardrobe space for 13 of us jnclusing kids just didn't work for us. It would for a smaller family though. The biggest problem was the location. To drive to Pula, Porec was over 35 mins. To drive to Rovinj is about 20 mins and is very pretty. We also didn't have gas on the stove for two days as we kept going next door who looks after the villa but he wasn't home and at work so we couldn't use the stove for 2 days until he came back to relplace the canister.. He did give us handpicked grapes to apologise though which was nice. Its a nice villa just not amazing and the location you need to consider too. You can't walk anywhere to get anything and need cars. Thanks for a nice stay.
