Villa Luz is located in a quiet residential area, just 25 minutes from Barcelona, and very close to Mataró Park shopping centre and the regional hospital — an ideal location to combine a beach holiday with an urban getaway.
This modern design villa is very bright and offers fantastic views of the sea and pine forests, as well as spacious terraces and a private pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor is the kitchen-diner with large windows that fill the space with natural light. From here, access is gained to a terrace with an outdoor dining table and barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals.

Summary: Very nice stay at the Villa Luz and great work by the agency. Beware that the road to access the villa and the parking are really really bad - and yes the neighbors have a barking dog and rightfully expect peace after 22.30 (not easy when your kids still want to play in the pool…) But, beautiful, full of light and with a soothing view villa. Good point is that all the facilites to do grocery, eat and shop are 5 minutes away. We loved our stay

Summary: Space Very clean house All furnitures available Large swimming pool Install more A/C in bed rooms. Add more mosquito net. Water pressure can be improve in the shower.

Summary: Very nice villa and we had a nice stay! Reasonable driving distance to shopping centre and beach. The road to the house was in poor condition.
