Our villa is located 25 minutes from the city center and the airport of Marrakech in a residential complex built by a great architect, fully enclosed and secure, not overlooked. The villa is on a plot of 1300 m2 enclosed and planted (olive trees, bougainvillea, jasmine, coconut palms, palm trees, lemon trees, hibiscus ...).
The villa of 150 m2, furnished and decorated with care is fully air conditioned. It has 3 suites (1 with TV and DVD player) all equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. A large living room, living room with fireplace and TV and wifi internet. The kitchen opening onto the terrace is fully equipped with appliances.
You can enjoy the roof terrace of 150 m2 with its view of the Atlas and the terrace on the ground floor equipped with a lounge and dining room outside shaded under a large pergola facing the private pool of more 8 mx 4 m with sunbeds.

Summary: We spent six amazing days at this villa as a couple, having traveled all the way from Germany, and it truly became our perfect honeymoon getaway.The villa is beautifully designed, spacious, and offers a fantastic highlight: a heated pool!This was a huge advantage, especially on windy days, and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.Overall, we were extremely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone, especially families! The location is safe with security on-site, so you always feel comfortable and protected.Our host Nadia was incredibly sweet and kind — she was always attentive to our wishes and questions, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of.In short: if you’re looking for a wonderful, relaxing vacation with family or as a couple, this villa is the perfect choice!We can absolutely recommend it.

Summary: The perfect spot near marrakech to relax and enjoy the pool, terrace and gardens. Nadia was great to communicate with throughout and the villa is clean and comfortable with plenty of space for a family. Loads of cooking equipment in the neat kitchen. You’ll need a car. Summary: We arrived in the evening and picked up our car from airport, only a 30 minute drive to villa. Villa was lovely a great pool which we spent a lot of time in to cool off. Villa was very clean great size bedrooms and all 3 had their own bathrooms. Nadia was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay we have had a great 10 days and didn’t want to leave!

Summary: I stayed in this villa for one week and it was such a beautiful experience. Marrakesh is a very interesting place. The Villa is really awesome und very clean. Because of the nice weather, we used our time in the garden and jumped in the pool. Nadia (the owner) is a very trustworthy and helpful human. She helped us in every situation. For example she organizes someone who is going to cook for you and the food was really delicious, im gonna miss it. We visited the jeema al fna place but we didn´t had a car. But it was my decision that I didn,t wanted to rent a car. So she organizes a trustworthy driver for us. He picked us up from the villa an drove you back to the villa. At the first day I note that I forgot the charger for my phone. I wrote Nadia and inside fifteen minutes someone ringed the door with a charger in his hands. The villa had a good size and its gonna cleaned up every day. You can also use the roof to see more of Marrakesh :-) It was one of my best vacation, thank you for this Nadia. Summary: We had a fantastic 10 days in Marrakesh. The villa was as lovely as the photos showed, and Nadia was very helpful with our questions. We had a transfer arranged from the airport and ended up using the driver on and off throughout the holiday as we elected to avoid the need to drive; he was super friendly. I would say a car or such a driver is essential. There is a small local shop 10 minutes away but the nearest large supermarket is 25 minutes drive away. We also visited the Atlas Mountains and Souks and had great days out at both. The villa is spacious and was clean, and we also arranged for a cleaner and a cooked breakfast every other day for only £11 a visit. The villa is on the same complex as a hotel with a gym, and tennis and football courts and a small park we enjoyed with our 8 and 2 year olds. In summary we had a great holiday, the villa was lovely and quiet environment for adults or families with kids looking for a relaxing base away from the hustle of the city centre! We would not hesitate to visit again. Buster

Summary: Lovely villa, (photos are a true reflection), plenty of space, quiet location, good amenities; very clean and the complex is safe and secure. However, with a little extra effort it could have been perfect. To explain: we arrived around 10pm - in addition to the 1 bottle of water in the fridge, it would have been really nice to have some breakfast basics in the house as nearest shops are about 15min drive away; the external lights and pool lights should have been on to create a very good first impression; the WIFI is tempermental and very slow; the TV only has French and Moroccan channels (no CNN, BBC World etc); we had NO maid service throughout the 10 days we stayed here which is very poor for a property of this standard; the AG hotel onsite is mostly closed (no guests staying), and no bar; having a car is essential when staying here (and the property itself is a good 10min walk from the complex car park); the owner was contactable by phone and did help sort out the WIFI issues for us quickly.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is well laid out with a fully functioning kitchen, iron and good hairdryer. The pool area is very nice and in lovely landscapes gardens. It is 30 mins from the centre which is fine but you need a car to manage the transport.
