Positive: Good location, metro station in 5min, biggest Spanish Supermarket near by. Quiet neighborhood! Excellent place for a family weekend to visit Madrid

Positive: Emilio is a really nice guy and he was great to work with from start to finish! The location is unbeatable. It is perfectly situated so that you can hop on the interstate easily.

Negative: The house is old, and it had some water issues and ventilation issues.

Summary: Old house w/ maintenance issues, but location was perfect and Emilio was fantastic. I would go back!
