Positive: High location overlooking the sea. Also well furnished and equipped.

Negative: Too many steps down from the road to the property and then again down to the swimming pool. However, if you are fit then it is a great place to stay. It was also a pity that the sea water pool was not filled.

Summary: Perfect place to stay and visit Dubrovnik.

Positive: The villa's location is on the sea, with panoramic views across the bay, and in the evenings you can watch the sun set. It is stunning. Each floor has a terrace to enjoy coffees and cocktails. The villa is immaculate and well stocked - it has everything that you need. It is light and cool and you can hear waves crashing all the time. It's beautiful. The hosts are on hand via Whatsapp or a telephone call to answer any queries. The location is a short and inexpensive Uber to Dubrovnik old town and Ubers / taxis are easy to get. There are a LOT of steps, but it's worth it as the villa has its own pool, terraces (where we did yoga) and a neat private jetty into the sea. The villa also has a wine cellar - what more can you need?

Negative: We didn't want anything else!

Positive: Excellent location and beautiful view. Easy pool and water access. Quiet and private property. Summer kitchen is gorgeous. Very helpful employee.

Negative: Some appliances had issues like the dryer (dryer shocks you and it’s not just static). There needs to be a place to put excess garbage. There is a bad ant issue, there were hundreds of them on the counter and bathroom floor. Access to a broom would be nice. We did really enjoy our stay and we’re sad to leave but at this price these things shouldn’t be happening.
