Positive: All I can say is perfect ❤️ the family and stuff could not be more lovely and helpful , so clean , location is so quiet and private but only 7 minutes away from the town . Some lovely restaurants in walking distance, but really the villa , the setting and the lovely family just make it a perfect stay , we would love to come back soon thanks again 🥰

Positive: Newer beach cottage on the beach with a large deck to relax on, plus comfortable chaise lounges on the sand. Filtered views of the sea through a large shade tree (from inside the home) and multiple, island views, from the beautiful wooden deck. Wading in the ocean at high tide. About a 10-minute walk on the beach to the pier where the boats pick up customers to go to Railay Beach or other desirable locations, including spectacular, nearby islands, including notable Chicken and Phi Phi. Walk two minutes (if that) to the local beach restaurants (one has live entertainment), serving delicious food or watch Muay Thai at the local stadium. Despite being so close to the restaurants and gym, the sounds are not an issue, at all. The location is quiet and peaceful; sometimes, you’ll hear local fisherman next-door who use the (mostly) empty lot to conduct their business and meet next door, but, it’s a unique part of the local vibe. About 10-minute taxi into Ao Nang, to choose from many restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Including a kind, caring management team with Noree, Montira and Diep who make a great effort to provide a most-comfortable experience, they feel like good friends. The cleaning lady (will find out her name) is excellent, making sure everything is in order, including the large deck that she sweeps and mops everyday, so you don’t track debris into the home. A boutique complex of several homes, the property is kept in fantastic condition… The rental price is very reasonable for one of Thailand’s best vacation spots! Cheaper than rent for a basic apartment, where I’m from, in the US.

Negative: As every property has something to criticize, the myriad, positive aspects of this place make it desirable for a short or long-term stay. 😀

Summary: This place and people are so nice, I’d like to just stay there, even more!

Positive: Montira was an excelent host. Such a kind soul. Do not hesitate to book this amazing place. In my opinion best villa on that beach :) No boats on AO nam Mao beach and some really lovely restaurants. Just 15 mins. To railway and really close to AO nang as well. Beach is clean and on high tide swimming is possible. Very clean and just like in the pictures. I would book it again.

Positive: Beachfront, peaceful, comfy, fully equipped villa. I would not be suprised if it cost 10times more... Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice beachfront restaurants/bars nearby. Just 10min walk (on the beach during low tide) to ferry to beautiful Railay.

Negative: There is quite a difference in between the tides, the sea is not swimmable during the low tide.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic! Great value for money. We planned to stay 2 nights but we loved it so much, we ended up staying a total of 5. The property is about 15 mins from krabi town by Vespa and the villa is right on the beach. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. There was a very sweet cat that joined us for our morning coffee every day. Would definitely recommend! 10/10.

Negative: The hotel next to the property had live music for a couple of nights that lasted until about midnight. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Summary: Fantastic! 100% recommend this villa.
