Villa Heaven Sent is a luxurious seaside villa perfect for entertaining and relaxation. We offer a customized service including a villa manager on call in order to assist you in planning activities, meals, entertainment and sight seeing as you desire.
The owner will meet you at the airport upon your arrival to ensure you receive a warm welcome and show you around the local area. This service is complimentary for all our valued guests.
The Villa Heaven Sent:
The villa consists of 4 en-siute bedrooms with kingsize beds and a total of 6 bathrooms. All rooms are very spacious and equipped with air conditioning.
Marble, granite and high quality wood furnishings are prevalent throughout with a grand sweeping staircase.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with oven and cooking facilities, a granite top breakfast bar and large dining table.
The lounge area has leather reclining sofa's and lazyboy lounge chairs perfect to enjoy the home theartre system with satellite TV and WIFI.
There is a separate massage lounge which may also be used as a 5th bedroom and has a sofa bed. We also have 2 baby cots and 2 highchairs. We try to provide everything possible to ensure guest satisfaction. Whatever you may need we try our best for you.
Guest access:
The villa is set on a 900 square metre property with large walls on a private estate.
The outdoor area has a large swimmimg pool and tropical garden with plenty of room to sunbathe and relax in private.
There is an outdoor dining area, waterfall and pond with a variety of exotic fish.
There is also a well equipped gymnasium and the owner is an experienced strength and fitness trainer available to assist you on a daily basis.
Interaction with guests:
We interact on a daily basis with our guests as needed. The housekeeper arrives at 9am for cleaning the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, along with the gardens and pool.
The Australian villa manager has lived in Krabi for 15 years with his Thai family and is on call 24 hours in order to assist you at anytime.
We offer our experience in planning outdoor adventures, activities and sight seeing. We will organise the best value deals for our villa guests and your high level of satisfaction is our guarantee.

Summary: Three generations came together to experience thailand. We were looking forward to our stay at Heaven Villa Sent. We spent 8 days there and had a wonderful visit. What truly made the experience 5 star is the host. Mark could not have been more helpful in every aspect. He arranged airport transport, facilitated visits to the grocery store, helped us rent a large speedboat, recommended restaurants and so much more. Magical stay.

Summary: Host Mark met us at the airport. Fresh fruit and water provided upon our arrival to the villa. He took the time to show us around the villa, offered to take us to the grocery store. Host arranged to boat trips for our group, he picked up lunches for the trip prior to departure. We were very pleased with both boat trips. When host Mark says he will treat you like family he means it. My sister became ill he picked her up and transported her to any from the clinic, host Mark got our laundry done, pick up and drop off service. He took us shopping at a local place, made recommendations of places to dine and more. When we booked our trip there was a glitch and all days we booked were not available so our last 2 nights we had to go to a hotel. Host picked us up at villa and took us to our new hotel. Villa was lovely. We enjoyed the location, not crowded but walking distance to convenience stores, massage parlor and lovey restaurants on the beach. You can’t go wrong staying here. Would definitely come back.

Summary: From the moment that Mark met us at Krabi Airport we were looked after as if we were part of his family. He went above and beyond to make sure that we could do as little, or as much as we wanted to do throughout our stay. The villa itself is very large with 4 ensuite bedrooms. All furnished with marble throughout and with an amazing swimming pool. He made a point of explaining all the local activities, rock climbing, Kayaking, boat trips, hidden gem beaches, restaurants etc. and was always on hand to take us wherever we wanted to go. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about Krabi, and all the area. We could not rate this holiday highly enough, probably the very best in 40 years of travelling to Thailand.

Summary: Mark Leo is an awesome host, exceptionally kind and caring person. From the day I first Inquired five months back to the end of our stay, Mark was always prompt at responses. The villa is more than a resort with a huge pool and seatings around it.The villa’s three sides are wrapped around with Koi pond!! It has perfectly planned kitchen and dining with en-suite bathroom in every suite. The villa has more than enough pots, pans , dishes, bowls, silverware etc. Mark took every detail into consideration as if he and his family stay there!! The villa is located 5 minutes walk from Ao Nam Mai Pier. It’s a 10 minutes-ride from Ap Nang town which has the tourist hustle-bustle.Songthaew are an easy transportation to Ao nang town. Mark ‘s villa is amazing, he makes it special like a “Heaven sent Villa”. He went above and beyond our expectations. Mark picked us up from the airport, took us around the town, took us grocery shopping. He arranged activities for us and even accompanied is so it was more like a local traveling. He took us hiking all the way to Railay beach when the tide was low !! So we walked alongside the cliffs, this was an unbelievable experience. We were seven of us with different hiking capabilities and Mark was very patient and calm!! Mark brought for us delicious sticky rice with custard wrapped in banana leaf!! We enjoyed his company from hiking and traveling to some personally suggested restaurant in Ao Nang town. Hope to meet you again Mark if not in Krabi then in our town. I definitely learned a lot from Mark’s kindness and calm mannerism! My husband and I can definitely say that we made a good friend in Krabi to cherish for a lifetime !
