Summary: I easily saw several endemics right around the spectacular pool and then walking along the driveway. Lizard cuckoo directly overhead within inches. Puerto Rico parrot. Puerto Rico screech owl. Puerto Rico Vireo, Emerald and Green Mango. Several others. I recommend it. If you like the rainforest it is spectacular. I’ll be back. Do read all the reviews and know what you’re getting into. There’s lots of wildlife, including arachnid, reptile, Bird, of course, and it’s remote while also nearby to large supermarkets, and excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches. If you want the Ritz, I’d look somewhere else. But if you want a natural rainforest experience with amazing wildlife sightings, I would go.

Summary: It is nice and spacious for a large family in the middle of the rainforest. Our experience was right after the storm which damaged the pool. We were a whole day waiting for repair after calls from our part. I would’ve prefered a more proactive and diligent approach from their part given the stay was already prepaid for. After the pool was fixed next day we had a very fun family day as we were aiming for during our stay.

Summary: This villa is uniquely charming. The 2 common rooms and the veranda are huge. We had rain some days and could still have the house wide open for heavenly breezes. The two young boys had plenty of space to move around. The pool area is really inviting with views to the ocean. The three outdoor bathrooms add romance as long as it is not raining. The lightning is romantically dark so bring reading lamps is you are not a kindle user.
