Our custom-designed beachfront villa is the perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation. It is also a great place for distance working with wireless internet in the whole apartment including the two oceanfront balconies. The Villa has a spacious living room connected to the kitchen and an elegant dining area overlooking the ocean. The two separate bedrooms are equipped with tv and bathroom. The quiet villa is fully air-conditioned and has an electricity generator to ensure a good night's rest and enjoyable days. The location on the East wing corner provides cross-views of the tropical flora and the ocean. The Villa is right in front of the beach and within walking distance of most hotel amenities. The two balconies ( in front of the living room and in front of the two-bed bedroom) facilitate the enjoyment of the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean the three private pools and ocean oceanfront jacuzzi of the property. The Villa is located within the grounds of the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa. You can walk to the main building of the resort (5min) and to the beach (2min). The 1400-square-foot apartment has marble floors in all rooms, granite/ quartz counters in the kitchen, and two bathrooms. It is the perfect place for guests interested in enjoying the amenities of a first-class resort and the comfort of a private home. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen including a bar area with a wine cooler where you can enjoy group gatherings with a beachfront view. In addition, the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort and Casino there are many nearby restaurants that offer many excellent dining options. Groceries, apparel, and medications are available for purchase within walking distance at the Resort or at several shopping facilities a short drive away. The apartment is near several landmarks including The Caribbean National Rainforest, the Fajardo bioluminescent bay, and the port to the well-known islands of Culebra and Vieques. Old San Juan is only 45 minutes away by car. A day visit offers the opportunity to learn about our history and appreciate the Spanish architecture of forts, houses, and public buildings. Many exquisite dining options are available in Old San Juan, Santurce, and Miramar in addition to the ones at the Wyndham Resort which are within walking distance of the Villa. Summary: My 3 year old daughter, husband and another family (3 people) stayed at this apartment, and it was awesome! We had a fantastic time. The place is spacious, clean and steps from the beach. The pools at the complex were great. We were close to the Wyndham resort, so we went to dinner there once. A great stay! I would highly recommend it.

Summary: The condo itself was clean and what was expected. The grounds for the condo are great - the pools are lovely, the beach is full sand and really great. Visiting in January was wonderful as it was not crowded at all. The condo was a good size for the four of us (2 parents, 2 adult children). The kitchen was disappointing in terms of the pots/pans/dishes/towels, etc. We book a condo so I can cook for the family (we have lots of food issues so need a kitchen rather than going out). There was one kitchen towel and not nearly enough in the kitchen to make cooking easy. And, there is not an oven! There is a microwave that doubles as a convection oven which is not at all the same as having an oven. The listing stated there was an oven. Additionally, I reached out to the owner on our check-in day with questions on how to use a few things in the condo and how to use the microwave and did not hear back for 4 days. Considering we were only staying for 7 days I felt this was way too long to receive a response. I recommend staying at this location and if the kitchen is not a big deal for you, then this specific condo could work for you.

Summary: The property was excellent. Pics are accurate, and the ocean views and access were great. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided, so we could easily spend a a few hours on the sand. The building itself is a bit dated with loud AC, and elevator being out, but the condo is nicely updated and things like the washer/dryer and parking really made things user friendly. Steps from the Wyndham resort, although the food was better off property. Les took care of issues quickly and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Summary: We had a great week at this condo! Clean and comfortable inside and outdoor spaces. We enjoyed being right on the beach and coming to and from the pools. We also used the Wyndham resort amenities, especially the restaurants for mid-day cold drink and for dinner. Wyndham resort even let us use there pool when we asked at the towel desk. Great place to stay for our family trip!
