Positive: The owner met us at the property despite our flight being 6 hours late. The only slight challenge is that there are two identical addresses within 500m and so took a bit of trial and error to find the place. The host was very patient with us.

Positive: This was a truly wonderful experience in a beautiful villa located in a very nice and quite area of Minorca. The house was clean, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. There are many outside chill out areas, included a small infinity pool, and the view is breathtaking, worth the holiday! To top it off the host is extremely kind and helpful. Certainly a Place to come back.

Positive: Sublime and memorable, highly recommended- all round sea views, villa is full of character whilst being comfortable and functional . Great location for time at the villa and getting out and about in Minorca . Host very helpful with great communication. Would definitely go again .

Positive: This villa is located in the quieter southern part of the island called Punta Prima. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the spectacular 180 degree views of the ocean & nearby island with a lighthouse. The villa offers ocean views from nearly every room in the property. There are numerous outdoor seating areas to relax and enjoy the plunge pool and views. The kitchen has everything you need to cook/bbq at the Villa. It is also a short walk away(5mins) to the main village and beach area with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. Both bedrooms downstairs have there own bathroom and a large sunroom overlooking the sea. This villa is exceptional & we didn’t want to leave.

Negative: Air conditioning was in the main kitchen & dining area & in the master bedroom. Additionally air- conditioning in the remaining two bedrooms would be something the owner should consider, this would make the guests more comfortable at night while sleeping, particularly as July & August can be very hot.
