Villa Lola Jávea is a construction of a plant of 145m2 faithful to the architectural style of the area. Its interior is decorated to enhance its simplicity and brightness: the dining room, which is accessed directly from the porch, is open, relaxed and welcoming, in blue and white tones and with many decorative objects of marine air, with which it has been wanted to make a nod to the Mediterranean. Its 3 rooms (one of them type suite) have a different style, but in each of them the mixture of furniture and objects of family heritage and decorative design elements is repeated, creating unique spaces destined to rest and comfort.
2 rooms have double beds and the remaining bedroom has two single beds. The bedroom suite also has a sofa bed. On request, cot, highchair and baby bath are available.
The bathrooms (two, one of them in the suite) and the kitchen have a modern and functional design in the best qualities.
Your modern fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completes this charming villa: combi fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, iron for clothes and table.

Summary: We absolutely loved villa Lola and the garden in a quiet, safe, residential area but only 6 minutes away by car to the beach, restaurants and the stunning Arenal beach. The villa is impressive, with beautiful traditional pieces yet also has a modern twist. Its spacious, light and good for families or just a couple or friends. The garden is big, full of colour with trees, bushes, flowers and is well maintained by gardeners. A really great, sized pool which is also well maintained, has a shallow end for non swimmers like myself and deep at the other end. Just perfect. Loved it and highly recommend! The lovely lady P who came to show us around and give us the keys was very helpful and friendly. Also close to other stunning coves like Calla Grandalla once you have been to Playa Arenal A big supermarket Consum also 5 mins away by car that stocks everything you need and another supermarket Mercadona a mile or so further away. A big garden centre is a walk away too and a restaurant further down the main road. Only 5 mins to main restaurants etc at Playa Arenal by car. Highly recommend! Safe, secure and friendly area.

Summary: Immaculate Villa, in a fantastic location, lovely and cozy on the cold December nights... The only 2 small improvements we could recommend, would be some basics in the kitchen cupboard i.e. Salt & pepper & Sugar and some chairs for the beach are much appreciated for people who fly into the area as obviously we can't bring with us. We were greeted by Paquita and her husband on arrival and they were extremely nice and helpful people and offered good advice for any local knowledge. Would certainly come back to this Villa if staying back in Xabia area.

Summary: I've just returned home from a six week stay at Villa Lola and I can't rate it highly enough. It is a beautiful villa and even managed to exceed my expectations based on the on-line photos (which are very accurate). It is truly a home from home with every 'mod-con' provided. The villa itself is set within a lovely and secure garden with electronic gates provided for keeping the car secure too... The villa and gardens are managed and maintained by John who was always available and on-hand to help out with any matter, although fortunately we didn't experience any major issues. The villa is the owner's own holiday home and you can 'feel the love' that this place holds. I look forward to visiting again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it as a place to stay. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. :)

Summary: I want to express my feelings! Lola and John, thank you very much from our big family! Villa just a miracle! The house is very well maintained and well-equipped (each room is equipped with air conditioning, which is important in the heat), there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay! Everything is thought through to the smallest detail! In the hot noon there are rest areas in the shade and areas where you can sunbathe! The pool area is well visible (which was important for us, as we rested with young children), and there is the opportunity to cook a delicious dinner on fire. Every detail is made with love! Summary: We stayed at this vila during our holidays in May 2016 and we are very happy about our choice! Everything was great starting from the first message to the owner until the last minute of our stay. Villa is not big but cozy, authentic interior and has everything you might need. All rooms including baths and kitchen are clean. All photos accurate to reality. Property description is true to reality as well. We stayed with one year baby so we had beautiful baby cot, highchair and baby bath as well. Villa is close to many supermarkets so you can easily cook at home (Kitchen is fully equipped). Also villa is suited only few minutes drive (car is highly recomended!) from Xabia town with big sandy beach and many beach restaurants which all surprisingly serve good food. We tried few of them and neither once were disappointed. I recommend this property to everyone.
