If you wish to spend your vacation in a lively holiday destination in total privacy and relax, villa “Le Fontanelle” represents that perfect combination!
Our country house overlooking the lake is located at Paratico (a popular tourist destination on the Lake Iseo, in the famous production area of Franciacorta wine) and it is also located in a nature protected reserve among the hills (a few steps from the lake shores where the are cafés to have breakfast and supermarkets open every Saturday and Sunday).
Villa “Le Fontanelle” is just 5km from the highway A4 Milano/Venezia and only 20 minutes from Milano/Orio al Serio airport, which makes it very easy to reach us and to visit the main art cities (Venezia, Verona, Milano and Bergamo).
In addition, our holiday home was built on the renowned Franciacorta Wine Route called "Strada del vino"; it is therefore ideal as home base for a wine tasting exploration tour of the area.

THE VILLA:
Our holiday home is a country house, partially renovated in April 2022, the architecture originated from the classic northern Italian style, with porches and open galleries on the outside facade and wooden ceilings together with folk furniture in the inside.
Villa “Le Fontanelle” is surrounded by a private walled garden (2.000 mq) where children could safely play while you relax, far from any neighbour or condo rules!
And if you fancy a BBQ dinner with your fiends, followed by a night plunge in the pool, well then you chose the right place!
WHAT IS AVAILABLE IN OUR PROPERTY:

- private above-ground pool (6x3mt) with beach chairs ;

PLEASE NOTE:
- The possible use of heating (in April, May and October) is quoted at 100 euros per stay.
- The swimming pool is open from end of May to 30 September each year.
- The departure must take place no later than 10am to allow cleaning and check-in on time for the following guests. Delays are charged 100 euros.
- If the garbage is not collected properly, according to the instructions given, 100 euros will be charged.
- Each evening water must be added to the pool up to half of the white edge, for damage to the health of the water will be charged 300 €.
- The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to the presence of stairs inside and outside.
- All bedrooms are on the first floor.
- The 3 bathrooms are distributed as follows: a bathroom on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor and a bathroom in the basement with access to the garden.

Summary: We were two families with four kids. The house was really good and nothing was missing. The kitchen was always the central point for our two families and was modern and perfect equipped. Normally the owner shuts the swimming pool down in the end of september but he was so friendly to leave it running during our stay. The Center of Paratico was in a good range by car and the restaurant tip was very useful. Thanks a lot👍

Summary: We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed a week in this nice house in Paratico. The house is really beautiful. Four charming rooms and a modern kitchen. Three different terrasses with lake view. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. The lake is beautiful, too, but it‘s not easy to find a nice place to swim.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay in paratico in the beautiful villa!!! It has everything you need and more. The pictures dont do it justice. The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. We will definitely be recommending this property.

Summary: Booked very last minute, this house was a great find, and despite several previous trips to the Italian lakes we had never been to Iseo. Beautiful outside spaces and views across the lake. Air-conditioning in bedrooms is a must for us and worked very well indeed. Kitchen well equipped enough that our foodie kids were able to cook several meals there. Andrea and Nadia were very helpful and responsive (despite being on vacation themselves for the first part of our trip!), and it’s well worth listening to their restaurant recommendations. This villa was great for a family with teenagers and older kids, and has a secure garden that would work well with younger ones, but just be aware that there are lots of steps both inside and out - it wouldn’t really suit anyone with mobility issues (the second bathroom is in the basement). Lovely stay

Summary: Stayed as a family of 6 adults 1 child. The property was lovely and the views were amazing. We loved to eat on patio with the BBQ as this had the best views. Unfortunately we only used the pool a couple of times as there were several biting insects but the pool was lovely when we did use it. The location was also close to the lido belevedere so we went there one afternoon which was worth a visit. The villa itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed. In the evenings you could relax in different areas of the villa and this was perfect for our group. I would also like to point out how helpful Andrea and Nadia were and they took the time to personally meet us on arrival and show us around the villa. If you are visiting Lake Iseo this is definitely a place I would recommend to stay.
