Positive: Fantastic villa with private pool. Spacious and clean. AC working well and it was needed 29* each day. Brilliant communication with owner Viktor. A real gentleman. Walking distance from waterpark and marina. Decking area to rear of villa for eating or chilling. Loads of off road parking. 100% recommend.

Negative: No criticism of villa. In general, large potholes in road leading away from villa. I recommend hiring a car plus insurance. Our car ended up with a mysterious dent in the side.

Positive: We came as a family for a week, everything was perfect. The villa is beautiful , even lovlier than the photos. Victor was an excellent communicator, everything was. clean, the pool was fantastic , it had a shallow end and steps leading down so perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter and was cleaned twice while we were there. Only about 10 minutes walk to the Marina where there are lovely bars and restaurants. We ate twice in Fontana and the food was lovely both times. We would definitely return to this villa if it was available to book. Cala n Bosch is a resort perfect for families and couples who like a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Positive: This villa was everything we could have wanted , bright and spacious and tatefully done out for a place by the sea It was in a great spot close to the marina and all its restaurants which we tried out . We took a great 3.5 hour boat trip which we booked with amigos before we came out . We ate early in the restaurants as we had little children with us but if you intend eating after 7.30 in the height of the season be prepared for a long queue at the most popular ones . We also hired a car and visited lots of places on the island .

Negative: A couple of things didnt work but they didnt impact our stay and i informed the manager when we left so they could be rectified for the next guests

Positive: The location was perfect. Within a 10 minute walk to the harbour. The villa had everything you could need, very clean and comfortable. Extra towels and beach towels too. Victor was a fantastic host, very attentive and helpful before and during our stay.

Negative: The HOST forgot we had booked a week stay, left us outside the villa stranded. The shuttle bus driver contacted VICTOR who informed him to use the key and he sent the key number over to open the door. Yet on his website it states that someone will be there to meet you on arrival. Several weeks before our holiday Victor asked us to send the €147 city tax by PayPal we supposed to give it to the person cash on our arrival. He did not inform us the there would be nobody there to meet us to give us access to the property. Sill waiting for an apology from him nothing but excuses. We have been to Cala en Bosch several times and stayed in villas and our other villa hosts were excellent.

Summary: We found that restaurants and bars took it in turns to close 1 day a week and a couple had closed.
