Summary: Well equipped property. Owner was more than helpful, especially when we arrived a day late and he met us personally. Great views across to the coastline a short distance away through panoramic windows. Restaurants close, but recommend having a car to reach them. Supermarket at end of road was very handy. Evenings spent outside every day. Highly recommended.

Summary: We loved the place! The house is very well located on the hill above the bay of Portorotondo. You can reach the nicest beaches of Costa Smeralda within 10-15 min drive. Also Olbia with the big supermarkets is close. For small grocery shopping there is a shop down the road (300m). The historic house is very nice renovated and has everything you need for a restful stay. The BBQ place and veranda are super for nice evenings. We loved the view over the bay. Luca is a super host and very responsive. We definitely want to come back!

Summary: We (2 adults and 2 children) had a great time in Luca's villa which was too nice with us. It is rare to find such an attentive and welcoming guest. The villa was perfect: air-conditioned, spacious, bright, functional with a beautiful outdoor area. The location is also perfect with quick access to various beaches and shops. It has a very pleasant stay (bed linen, towels, oven, fridge, washing machine ...) Thanks again to Luca for his hospitality.
