Summary: The property was well maintained and any problems were sorted out. There was everything you needed for a good relaxing holiday plenty of room, good facilities, and to top it all it was situated in a lovely area in beautiful countryside near to Bale Valle where there were restaurants, bars etc. It was so peaceful and relaxing, no one wanted to go home the children especially loved it in fact everyone did. We will certainly try and visit again

Summary: A beautiful house in a wonderful and very calm village. The picture of the house it's how it look in reality. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable, the pool was big and cleaned two times per week. The house is situated last in the road and therefore it's very quiet and peaceful. It's close to the lovely town Bale and only 20 km to Rovinj. The owner Ivan was extremely helpful and made us feel welcomed. We would absolutely recommend this house for relatives and friends.

Summary: Beautiful house, great pool, very quiet location! We had a great time staying here. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The pool is great and the garden it is in is a great place to chill out or have a barbecue in the sheltered seating area. Krmed is a very quiet village, so may not be for everyone but if you want tranquility you can't go far wrong! Just a few Kms away are two lovely historic villages with some great bars and restaurants! Beautiful port Rovinj is only slightly further afield. Ivan was very attentive and helpful during our stay and like most of the Croatians we met, went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of and our holiday was as pleasurable as it could be! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

Summary: Really loved the stay at this beautiful villa. Plenty of room, clean, new furniture, big garden around the house. Hosts were really lovely and very helpful, we will be coming back for sure.

Summary: The house was great. All things like the pictures. The house owner was very friendly and all times reachable. We had really good days in Krmed. We loved Rovinij (15 km). A lot of nice places to see in Istria (Pula, Fazana, Motovun, Porec....) Doulphines ;O).
