This brand new modern 5-bedroom villa in Casa de Campo is a stylish and comfortable retreat with a tropical vibe. Bright, open spaces and clean design make it perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a private pool, outdoor dining area/BBQ, and plenty of space to host a pool party or family gathering. A kids’ playground adds fun for the little ones, while adults can lounge in the sun or unwind in the shade.
This villa sleeps a maximum number of 15 adult guests.
BEDROOM LAYOUT (ALL UNDER SPLIT UNIT AC CONTROL):
-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and 1 double bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 3: 2 queen beds + 1 twin bed, en suite full bath
-Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed + trundle bed (double), en suite full bath
-Bedroom 5 (poolside casita): 1 queen bed, en suite full bath
KITCHEN/DINING: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, and all basic necessities. Main indoor dining table with seating for 8-10 people (6 chairs and a bench seat). Additional indoor dining table with 5 chairs.
INDOOR LIVING AREAS:
-The main living area is under central AC.
-Bluetooth speakers for guests to play music inside and out.
-Additional pool house/TV room separate from the main building with en suite full bath.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
-Pool
-Comfortable outdoor furniture, chaise lounges, multiple tables/chairs/umbrellas.
-Kids playground, climbing structure
-Trampoline
STAFF:
-2 full time staff (housekeeper/cook, butler) who work 8am-4pm daily (unless otherwise requested). Services include daily personal laundry, meal prep and serve, bartending services, villa maintenance, etc. Preparation of both breakfast and lunch included as part of the basic service (renter supplies food), with dinner service available at additional cost (USD$50 for their taxi home after employee transportation ends).
-Private staff entrance and private maid’s quarters.

Located near the tennis center (pickleball, tennis, and padel courts) and less than a mile to Playa Minitas and Minitas Beach Club! Complete access to all resort facilities, a well-stocked grocery and liquor store in the Marina, all hotel pools and restaurants, movie theater, golf courses, and much more.
RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Summary: We had a great time. The house was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. We were able to order food and beverages and golf carts in advance which made the trip a lot more fun. The help were wonderful and sweet. They cooked our meals and cleaned the house. They speak Spanish but used a translator app to communicate with us which worked very well. All in all a great stay in a wonderful home.

Summary: We had an amazing time! This trip was better than we could have ever expected. The house was beautiful, and we absolutely loved the cook and and the maid. They were precious! We had no trouble with groceries, golf carts, or reservations. Any questions we had were answered so quickly. I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Summary: I would highly recommend this house and location. I have rented a Villa previously at Casa de Campo and the location was quite far from everything. This house was very convenient to all of the locations we wished to travel within the resort. The host (owner) prepared us well for our arrival. Nathan was so quick in all of his responses. He provided all of the information about the resort that we needed. The Chef and Maid felt like part of our family. I would highly recommend this house for your visit to Casa de Campo!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Casa de Campo in this beautiful home. The home is spacious, beautifully appointed, and accommodated our large family well. The house is well equipped with everything you need. Having staff at the house was especially wonderful (although they don’t speak English). The pool and hot tub were great. Nathan and Micaela responded quickly to questions and took care of minor issues with the house in a timely manner. This was our first time visiting Dominican Republic. We greatly enjoyed our time there and hope to return for another vacation. I highly recommend Colinas 2!
