Positive: Had a wonderful stay at this villa, the facilities were amazing, and it was super clean. The view is even better than in the photos. Our host apple was so easy to contact through what's app and she organized anything we needed. We stayed over Christmas, and she organized a personal chef and staff for the day (at a cost but very reasonable price I might add) which was amazing. We also booked airport transfers through the villa which ended up being our driver for the whole time we were in Thailand

Negative: It is very steep but not an issue if you plan well with drivers, but this is a sacrifice you make for those amazing views, just plan well and stock up on supplies when you first arrive and then sit back and relax and enjoy.

Positive: We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Jai Samui! The ferry brought us to the island quite late, so we reached the villa around 22:00. The beautiful Apple waited for us, showed us everything and even suggested the most convenient way to the villa! The villa was so clean and cozy that we only went out for food) the gorgeous view from the pool did not allow us even once during our stay to even think about the beaches on the coast! Separately, I would like to note that Apple promptly answered our questions and showed an individual approach to us, for which we thank them very much! We hope we can do it again in the future! 🩷
