Villa Ivka is a charming vacation house where you will spend an unforgettable relaxing holiday with your family and friends. The villa was built in 1890. and renovated in 2015. During the renovation, the charm of the old days was kept and at the same time adapted to the needs of a modern day visitor.
The villa has three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and eight chairs, a toilet with a washing machine and a playground for our most important guests and their parents, equipped with foosball and darts.
If you want to drink the first morning coffee with the relaxing sound of the birds, there is a terrace that can be entered from the upper floor room or from an outside staircase.
In the courtyard there is a swimming pool with six sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor charcoal grill and a terrace with a dense shade where you can relax with a glass of delicious Istrian wine while still keeping an eye on your children in the pool. The yard has two parking spaces.
The yard is also completely fenced and offers complete privacy!
If you want to explore all the charm of the beautiful and picturesque Istria, the location of the villa allows you to quickly reach all the areas, which you can also visit by bicycle when driving on local roads with very little traffic.
In the surroundings of just a few kilometers you can enjoy the various attractions that this area offers, such as:

Summary: Everything was really great and more than expected. Quiet environment with outstanding villa. We really enjoyed a week in Sajini. Air conditioned rooms and nice pool were appreciated in a hot weather. Location is optimal if you want to see the whole Istria Peninsula with your/rental car. We can really recommend this Villa.

Summary: Our visit at villa ivka was amazing! We were welcomed warmly by Alan, and greeted with homemade wine and grappa! He made us feel totally welcome and at home. The villa itself is beautiful and bright. Its location is perfect. We didn't have the best of weather but pula has a lot to offer for those rainy days, which meant not a single day was wasted. I would highly recommend this holiday, and can't wait to go back again next year. The whole experience was perfect!
