Positive: Fantastic Villa Itis! Wonderful location - on the hill above the Agios Nektarios Church with an amazing view of the entire bay of Neapoli. There are no words to describe the wonderful view - it has to be seen! The villa is wonderful - has everything you need for a stay, very cozy and comfortable! It is located on the edge of Neapoli, but it is about 20 minutes walk (a little steep) or by car - 5 minutes to the nearby restaurants and the beach. Thanks to the kind hosts who provided us with very detailed check-in instructions and gave us great recommendations for nearby beaches and restaurants! I will definitely recommend Villa Itis to my friends and would be happy to come back again.

Positive: Location, outside space, Sunsets. I can honestly say this is the nicest Villa we have ever stayed in and we have been travelling to Greece for over 40 years. It was so well kitted out and the welcoming package was such a surprise especially as we had travelled from Corinth.

Positive: Picture perfect views from the upper villa. We had one day 38 km wind and then you notice that you are on top of the mountain. Villa was very clean and well equipped even for breakfast.

Negative: The jacuzzi is great but because of the low water pressure it will take a long time to fill it. Also is the water temperature of the shower not very steady.

Summary: Best views from a very nice, clean and luxurious villa.

Positive: Rating Villa Itis with a 10 is almost an insult as it stands out far above everything else that we have experienced during many years of travelling. The suite is large, cosy, very well decorated and has a terras directly overlooking the sea towards the west. The location is excellent as it is free standing on top of a cliff. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are wonderful. The contact with the owner very efficient. It is close to Monemvasia and wonderful beaches. We absolutely recommend it.

Positive: Villa itis A place we’re looking forward to returning soon. The view is stunning. 270 degrees view of the sea in all of its states (from wave-free to foamy waves) and colours (from turquoise to navy blue). The city, especially at night time, and the beautiful garden just complete this piece of heaven you don’t want to leave it. The house interior is so nicely decorated and has the perfect feng-shui. Such a cozy place for sun rises and sun sets! We stayed 5 days and we’ve always chosen to have breakfast and dinner on the beautiful terrace, no matter how windy it was. Our host (we called her “θeia” 💙) was the most angelic, candid and lovely person to meet in the morning, recommending us what to do over the day or in the evening, wrapping up together the beautiful moments of the day. For animal lovers, your day is made by the most friendly and lovely cat and dog they have. We were wondering if we should go again on holiday in Peloponese for the 3rd time, next year. Now, we know the answer. And we know where we’ll stay again!❤️

Positive: The view was amazing. Miss Archontoula was very friendly and she provided us with goods for breakfast as well as lots of bottles of water. Everything was down to detail. From the furniture to the kitchen equipment and the Korres shower gel and shampoo.

Positive: The view was spectacular, it was very private, it is a proper apartment with a separate kitchen, the bath/hot tub was very nice, fully stocked fridge incl water, fresh flowers in the flat
