Positive: I was warmly welcome by the host. Villa is amazing and meet expectation and more. Very very clean and well equiped with everything.Fabulous and coozy.beach front.Beach is clean and sea water also.I enjoyed swimming. Mr Habib was very helpful and friendly as well as always available.wifi was good also. There are a lot of restaurants around.I really enjoyed my time there.

Positive: Location with stunning views and great roof terrace, very friendly and helpful host, well-appointed property, good snorkeling in the bay.

Negative: Due to extreme summer heat, the airconditioning couldn't cope (also in part due to local electrical network failures, again due to extreme heat). Our host made a big effort to remedy the situation, but there's only so much that could be done. For the price at this location, the airconditioning should have been working faultlessly and would make a summer stay even more pleasant. The host has plans to hook up a big generator to fix, this so maybe its already improved.
