THE VILLA IS LOCATED NEAR THE WATERFRONT WHERE YOU CAN FIND THE BEST RESTAURANTS, BARS, LOCALS, STORES, AND IS A FEW METERS (ABOUT 300) FROM THE FREE OR EQUIPPED BEACHES.
THE BUILDING IS IN LIBERTY STYLE OF THE EARLY 20TH CENTURY AND OFFERS TWO LARGE TERRACES. IT IS FURNISHED, EQUIPPED AND AIR CONDITIONED FOLLOWING RECENT RENOVATION.
THE HOUSE INCLUDES A KITCHEN, A LAUNDRY ROOM, A LIVING ROOM, THREE BEDROOMS (OF WHICH TWO DOUBLE BEDS) AND TWO BATHROOMS.
You will be housed on the upper floor of a villa of the early twentieth century.
The villa is located in San Leone beach in Agrigento, a short distance from the seafront, where you can find shops, restaurants, clubs, beaches etc.
San Leone is an excellent location as it is just a few kilometers from Agrigento, rich in art and history, the Valley of the Temples, UNESCO Heritage, the most beautiful sea of Sicily such as Scala dei Turchi, Punta Grande, Punta Piccola, Punta Bianca, the Torre Salsa nature reserve, Giallonardo etc. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a laundry room, a kitchen and two large terraces. Summary: The apartment had everything that we needed. We walked to dinner every night down on the beach. Parking was no problem. Michael was very helpful. I would stay again.

Summary: The apartment was recently renovated, clean and spacious. The lungomare with bars and restaurants just a few steps away. Outside the main season the village is very quiet. Agrigetand the temples just 14 min away

Summary: The Villa is spacious and very comfortable. It is close to the sea and the historical sites are just a couple of miles away. There are many restaurants on the sea front - one we particularly enjoyed was recommended by our hostess. There were no shops in the immediate area but several small supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. A car is essential for the area and we found 2 hill top villages of interest and several quiet beaches to the west with good facilities. Our week was very much enjoyed and we wished we had longer.

Summary: My stay at the villa was great, only a couple of things that was a slight problem was firstly the showers. In one of the showers you couldn't adjust the shower height as it was broken and in both showers the curtains where not big enough so the water would go everywhere. Also not all the electric sockets where the same so some of our adpators didnt work. Apart from that the stay was very comfortable within easy reach of restaurants, bars and beach. Parking at the weekend when everybody else was coming to San Leone was a small problem finding somewhere to park. I would definitely recommend and the hosts where very friendly.
