Positive: We only stayed at Villa Indah for one night, but it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The villa is beautiful, peaceful, and has amazing ocean views. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a nice bonus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Andy and Noor were fantastic hosts. They replied to our messages so quickly, gave us great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. The whole team was so friendly and welcoming. Brownie, the villa’s dog, completely stole our hearts! He’s the sweetest boy and made our stay even more memorable. One of our favourite moments was walking about 10 minutes to the sunset viewpoint behind the villa. The view was absolutely breathtaking. We also loved the relaxed beach atmosphere, the friendly locals, and the little cafés nearby. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with incredible views, wonderful hosts, and a genuine local experience, Villa Indah is the perfect choice. We only wish we had stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Positive: One of the loveliest stays I’ve ever had! The drive to Villa Indah was an experience in itself as we passed through what the locals call the Buffalo Highway. Such a unique way to start the trip. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Brownie, who seems to be the four legged host of the villa! He definitely made the place feel even more special. The room was beautiful, cosy, and incredibly relaxing. The view was absolutely stunning—I could have spent the whole day just sitting on the terrace enjoying the peaceful surroundings. I also went trekking around the area. There are trails leading both up and down the hills, with some amazing sunset viewpoints along the way. I was lucky enough to have a few friendly local dogs accompany me on every walk, which made the experience even more memorable. The villa is also just a short distance from the beach, where you can chill and hang at one of the local warungs or easily rent a surfboard if you’re keen to catch some waves.
Negative: What didn’t I like? Honestly, the view… because it made me feel “trapped” in the best possible way. It was so peaceful and beautiful that I found myself slowing down, taking it easy, and doing absolutely nothing.
