Summary: We enjoyed a week of absolute bliss in this wonderful villa. All facilities were provided including access to our own pool, a fully furnished kitchen with a range of utensils & a large fridge, all linen was provided. A welcome fruit basket brightened our check in. We were met by a friendly & courteous lady called Sylvia. She provided all the necessary information. Nadine the property manager was friendly & accessible at all time( we didn’t really need to contact her much at all). The property is close to all amenities- cafe, supermarkets and the beach. We would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking to relax & recuperate.

Summary: We've just returned from 12 nights at Siempre Primavera. Absolutely one of the best villas we've ever rented. Pristine condition. Very spacious. Better even than photos. Many dining areas inside villa and outside villa with a BBQ and sink outside too. Excellent kitchen fully equipped. Even though villa sleeps 4, there was enough plates/glasses/cutlery etc. for at least 10. Gorgeous 180 degree views from large veranda and good size heated swimming pool (we paid the extra for heated in winter but so worth it). And the sunsets were truly incredible. Villa is very well equipped with everything you can imagine or want. Really good wifi. Beds and bedding great quality. Tons of towels provided for regular use, pool and beach. It is on a very steep cliff (so is most of Tenerife) so you definitely want a car with some power to get up hills. Seemed like a very safe neighbourhood. We found quite a few restaurants and supermarkets within 5-10 minutes drive. Not really a walking area. The hosts are very responsive. Herbie even called me directly to answer my questions personally before we left from England. Nadine gave a thorough explanation of villa upon arrival and was always available via phone/text to answer anything additional. All in all, a wonderful experience. We wouldn't hesitate to book again when we go to Tenerife.

Summary: We had a perfect holiday break at the property, the home is as described and pictured, perfectly kept, very private and secure. The home is extremely well equipped for entertainment and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The home is very comfortable and has lots of different areas indoors and out to relax and enjoy the sea view, and the stars at night. The pool is great, a nice size, perfectly maintained and heated. The owner and their local representative are super helpful and responsive, and very friendly and welcoming too. The house is located in a residencial area, it's very quiet and safe, but that does mean you need a vehicle (or use taxis) if you want to go out to socialise. There are several small towns in very easy reach, and larger more resort type ones too. The location is also great for exploring Tenerife, which is a beautiful and (in our experience) unique place in terms of landscape. The Canarian people are lovely too. We definately plan to return to this villa!

Summary: Spacious and well stocked villa in quiet location. Nice pool (heating needs to be paid for). Fine fitted kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas. Two double bedrooms, one on-suite. Family bathroom. Must have a car as there is little within walking distance, and very little in the way of pedestrian pavements. Only downside is the rotating cowl on the roof, which needs greasing, as it creates a squeeking noise when there is any strong wind, and the noise reverberates throughout the property.

Summary: The Villa is about 50minutes from the South Airport and 10km from Puerto de la Cruz. It is quite easy to drive to and the directions are excellent. The Villa is newly refurbished and is very much maintained to a Northern European/British standard being very clean, high quality fitments, well maintained inside and out. This is a high quality Villa. The views are outstanding - the large windows from the Lounge and Dinning/Kitchen area (all open plan) are straight out to sea. The two bedrooms face to the gardens at the front of the property. The main bedroom has an ensuite bath/shower and the second bedroom has a shower room right outside the door. The Lounge and Dining area have good quality furniture. The kitchen is very well fitted and lacks nothing. Outside there are terraces to the left and right of the property allowing al fresco breakfasting and morning sun bathing. In the afternoon the sun covers the back garden looking oiyt to see. The pool is in the sun from about 11 although always with some shade from the large tree in the garden next door. Real sun worshippers will always have sun but will need to move round the property to maximise the sun - no hardship as the property is beautifully set. Outside there is also a shower, toilet and BBQ area. On the living floor there is a large outside terrace that looks straight out to sea and is covered meaning that sitting in the shade and eating or enjoying the view is always possible and will provide some respite from the Summer sun. There is no air conditioning but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and with large windows on the property facing the sea it was easy to have a nice indoors. There is also a wood burning stove for the cooler winter days. The WIFI is very good. There is a music system, DVD player and satellite TV although we could not find any English speaking stations - there was plenty in German and Spanish. The pool is a nice size and is one depth throughout. We paid extra for pool heat and this lifted the temperature to 27C. Monica was there to welcome us when we arrived, gave useful local insight and on hand when we needed help. Excellent. Overall, this is an excellent villa, very well presented, with fantastic views. We would recommend it for couples and small families. We would definitely return. This was one of the nicest villa we have hired across Europe over the last 10 years.
