Completely independent villa surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation with 4 bedrooms on two separate floors (with access only from the outside). The house is rented for up to 6 people. Ground floor with living room, kitchenette, a double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with shower (air conditioning in the corridor). First floor with two bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom with shower (air conditioning in all rooms). Large outdoor veranda with barbecue area and comfortable outdoor shower with hot water. Private parking inside the property for more cars. The property has an area of 5000 square meters and is located just 2.5 km from the beautiful beaches of Chia 55 km from Cagliari airport. Market and restaurant 1.5 km away.
