Villa Eritrina is located within an exclusive neighborhood of only villas, 270 meters from the ‘Campana Dune’ beach. Completely independent, it boasts a vast garden of approximately 1500 square meters. With a manicured lawn, dozens of tree species, parking for 2 large vehicles, a heated outdoor shower, and a recently renovated large 5×12 meter swimming pool that enhances the property. Except for the laundry area in the basement, all spaces of the villa are located on the ground floor. The air-conditioned living room features a dining area for 8 people, a large corner sofa, and a maxi smart TV screen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There are two refrigerators and two freezers available.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms:
• 1st bedroom with a Kingsize bed 180x200cm and smart TV
• 2nd bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm

The area: we are located within one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in all of Southern Sardinia. The condominium security service enhances the safety of a quiet neighborhood with few vehicles. The commercial area of the square in front of the prestigious Chia Laguna Resort offers the convenience of services such as a minimarket, bar, restaurant, pharmacy, and ATM, as well as the possibility of evening shows and entertainment. The Campana Dune beach is reachable with a short walk. While a car is always recommended to broaden the range of activities available in the area and to visit beaches, restaurants, agritourisms, and notable places that are not reachable on foot.

Summary: Comments: we had a lovely holiday. Enrico was brilliant in welcoming us and looking after us. The wind was unusually strong, so we were told, which impacted the temperature in the evenings. Recommendations for marginal improvement. More information and details on recommended things to do, more details on restaurants. More detailed descriptions of local markets, attractions etc. Warning about parking near the beaches as we incurred €60 fine at Cala Cipolla! The villa itself was lovely with everything up to standard or better, with one exception. We loved the roof terrace but unable to maximise its use due to long period of mistral wind. The only area which needs attention is the kitchen which is so poorly laid out. The overhead storage area above the island is a liability for banging your head. We think it could be removed which would improve the whole space. But otherwise well serviced kitchen. Additional sun beds would have been appreciated. Despite these comments, hopefully taken as opportunities for improvement. We had a lovely holiday. thank you

Summary: We’ve just returned from our 1 week stay at this wonderful property where we gathered with our 3 children and their partners ( all in their 20s). The property is equipped with everything needed including an extra fridge in the basement which we definitely needed! Great layout inside, although I would say one of the bedrooms was more appropriate for children than adults. (and the reason for 4 vs 5 star) . The outside space is spectacular…. shaded lounge and eating area perfect during the day when hot, terrace magical in the evenings, and pool was enjoyed day and night! The property is a short walk from the most stunning beaches which have a number of beach bars. We also took a short drive down the road to Tuerredda beach..gorgeous!!! Plenty of water sports on offer but sadly they weren’t running during our stay due to wind. Plenty of restaurants in and around Chia, we particularly liked Mirage. We did quad biking with Chia Excursioni… fabulous way to see some of the area and they offered a great service. Finally a mention for Enrico the property manager… very responsive and helpful with everything that we needed, so appreciated thank you!

Summary: A lovely place to stay in beautiful surrounds, with quick walking access to a number of nice beaches and restaurants (Dune in particular, was fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly). Check-in was easy and Enrico was extremely helpful and attentive during the week. All in all a great place for a group of friends and/or those with a couple of small children to stay. Highly recommended!

Summary: The house and especially the garden is beyond expectations! Large green well maintained lawn, huge pool, lounge, sun chairs… all in very good condition. Also: I have never had that kind of service from the local property manager (Enrico). He even organized some food and drinks for our late arrival. Summary: We had a terrific holiday at the villa, the location near the beaches is excellent. The accommodation was very clean and as expected, the pool beautiful with the roof top terrace for evening drinks a particular highlight. Enrico the agent could not have been more helpful not only regarding the villa but also some local travel logistics. Sadly some local bars and restaurants are closed or have a little limited opening hours but it was early in the season. Would recommend to any family that are happy with a self contained holiday just now.
