Holiday home Impériale is a complete villa with a large private pool and optimal privacy on a vast area (13,500m2) with roses, oleanders, rosemary, palms and olive trees. The villa is quietly situated on a hill on the edge of the village with a breathtaking view over the vineyards and adjacent to a nature reserve. There is no long-distance traffic.
Villa Impérale is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms, one bathroom with bath, toilet and shower, a separate toilet and air conditioning. Cébazan is a small wine village with around 500 inhabitants. Within walking distance of the villa is a bakery where you can get your fresh baguette in the morning. The villa is located near the pleasant wine village of Saint Chinian with various restaurants, an attractive market that takes place twice a week, a supermarket and numerous wine caves. Only 4.5 km by car or 2.5 km on foot through the forest and vineyards.
During the day you can relax in the sun on the comfortable loungers at the edge of the swimming pool with walk-in stairs or in the shade of a covered terrace. There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool with an electric bbq and a refrigerator. A nice cold drink is always within reach. When the sun goes down you can enjoy the clear starry sky.
Marked nature walks can be made directly from the house. Cyclists and mountain bikers can also indulge themselves in the area. In the vicinity there is an opportunity to rent canoes, go horseback riding, play golf or take a boat trip on the famous Canal du Midi. Interesting Cathar towns such as Beziers, Narbonne and Carcassonne are also well worth a visit.
The coast with extensive beaches and nice fish restaurants can be reached within half an hour.
Beziers airport is 42 km away.

Summary: Mooie ruime vakantiewoning die geheel vrijstaand is. Heerlijk zwembad. Airco is ook ideaal. De omgeving is ook heel aangenaam. Bakker in het dorp Cébazan. Verder vele uitwijk mogelijkheden. Wij hebben er o.a. leuk gefietst langs een oude spoorbaan. Een aanrader. Vergeet niet de muggenspray in verband met de tijgermuggen. Daarom is het heel prettig dat er overal hordeuren voor ramen en deuren zitten.

Summary: zalige locatie: boven op de helling - eerste buur op ruime afstand en prachtig uitzicht! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien! Je merkt dat de eigenaar al geïnvesteerd heeft in vernieuwing keuken en badkamer. De rest van het huis zoals bv. de veranda zijn aan opfrissing toe maar dit is absoluut niet hinderlijk om hier een super leuke tijd door te brengen. Het zwembad en de kickertafel waren de grootste troeven voor onze kinderen! Net zoals het strand dat op 30 min rijden ligt.

Summary: Villa Impériale is een enorme aanrader want de villa is op alle vlakken in orde. Het zwembad is ook heel proper en verzorgd. De omgeving hier is prachtig en enorm rustig. Dus wie komt voor rust en kalmte, zal hier zeker aan z’n trekken kunnen komen. En de kans is zeker bestaande dat we hier nog eens terug komen!

Summary: Das Ferienhaus ist hübsch, hochwertig und sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem grossen Wintergarten und sehr grossem Pool. Geckos muss man dort mögen und dulden (lustige Tiere). Tolle Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Die Umgebung, besonders das Hinterland am Zentralmassiv ist grandios. Es gibt dort viele kleine alte Dörfer. Besonders schön gelegen sind dort Roquebrun, Vieussan und Minerve. Nicht entgehen lassen sollte man sich den African Safari Park in Sigean und die mittelalterliche Zitadelle (Cité) von Carcassone.

Summary: Mooie rustige lokatie. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime kamers prima bedden. Nieuwe badkamer en keuken. Mooi zwembad. Zelfs al wat basis benodigdheden aanwezig, kruiden, zeep, wc papier, keukenrol, aantal cups koffie.
