The house layout is as below:
The first floor has a large chef grade kitchen, living and dining area with a half bathroom. As well as an outdoor access to the patio -which has a fire pit and private Igloo to enjoy some marshmallows and relaxation time. The outdoor area is fully fenced.
The second floor has 4 rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The second floor has one king bedroom and en suite master bath, one additional room with an en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms that share a full bathroom (located outside the rooms)
The third floor is a game room and 3 twin beds. This is a really fun and exciting part of the house encompassing a holiday/resort feel exciting for both kids and adults equally. The room contains a movie projector experience along with arcade game, darts and air hockey. What fun!
The basement floor of the house consists of an ergonomic work setup with desk, chair and monitor as well as a poll table (who does't like a break in between some work :)) The floor also has a bedroom and a full bath.

Summary: Fantastic. Plenty of room for all, plenty of bathrooms (very important), rec rooms terrific for kids and adults. Property manager very responsive. Grocery store only .4 mile away. Local restaurants fun. A lityle farther than advertised from Harvard area, more like 20 min due to traffic through neighborhoods but very reasonable. A great value for families, or friends, or work colleagues event.
